● Meet with clients, provide information in person and over the phone regarding location, pricing and banquet hall details, handle sales invoices and point of sale receipts as well as cash.● Manage the banquet halls calendar, expenses, contracts, menus, etc. through computer programs such as Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.● Oversee logistics an inventory of banquet hall on days of events. (i.e. Liquor, food, cake, restroom essentials, staff on site)
