I am a Site Concrete & Site Masonry project manager and estimator for a construction company working in the Los Angeles / Ventura County area. I started out working in the field and managed to work my way thru my current position taking on every challenge and opportunity that came my way. I have a well-deserved reputation for meeting project deadlines and turning them into well successful and profitable projects while managing labor and material cost . I have successfully managed existing company relationships and successfully created new ones while maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers as well as field and office personnel.My experience in Estimating & Project Management includes working with General Contractors, Sub Contractors and field crews on a daily basis to keep projects running as successful as possible. I download and review plans, do take-offs (E-takeoff software), create RFI's, run estimates (Sage Estimating software) and create a very detailed spreadsheet breakdown proposal (Microsoft Excel). I negotiate pricing to work with our clients' budget as needed to still maintain a profitable project. I import budgets to keep track of costs and oversee the project (Foundation software). As part of the project I work with contract scope review, submittals, LEED certs, change orders, billing and close out docs I am very passionate about my work and truly enjoy all aspects of the Construction world.
