I developed a Java crawler to extract information from Twitter applying sentiment analysis to measure the perception of brands through customers in Call Centers allowing and increasing accuracy in customer service.● Perform a task automation application with Java Robot and apply extensive testing with Selenium, achieving an efficient and error-free release of the crawler.● I integrated the sentiment analysis API with the web interfaces of the RAX Social CRM application, optimizing customer service in Call Centers and improving operational efficiency.● Developed an application for the automation and extraction of public news from internet portals in Mexico, allowing more accurate and timely predictions on information and sentiment, benefiting strategic decision making.

During my previous experience, I had the opportunity to work in the design and development of J2EE enterprise architectures, as well as in the design and creation of interactive graphical interfaces using J2SE and J2EE. In addition, I focused on the development of automated ETL extractors of genomic information using Perl, which allowed me to gain a deep knowledge in this field.
