• Research new releases and network with media professionals to stay attuned to all potential content that should be acquired
• Establish, maintain, and improve relationships with content providers
• Qualify and quantify ScreenPlay’s content library requirements by product/genre
• Continually investigate, manage and maintain ScreenPlay’s promotional library data integrity across ScreenPlay’s front and back-end databases
• Recommend priorities, policies and procedures for ingestion of content in close coordination with the Media Librarian

Screenplay

• Oversee production output quality of digital content that delivered to clients and CMS content.
• Oversee production flow of content for encoding and making sure content is delivered on time and meet client specs. Utilize in-house production tools to follow process flow and status of current work orders.
• Prep video content for staging and encoding including running scripts for renaming conventions.
• QC video content (production version and encoded version).
• Update in-house database to match production content. Update CMS and scrub DB for accuracy.
• Handle and help manage library content.

• Upkeep and maintain entire studio equipment including cabling, power modifications, telephony, software updates, network communication for content delivery and audio archive.
• Run operation of live webcast/radio custom format including live multi-track capture and real time encoding for live portal delivery.
• Oversee encoding, streaming, podcasting, multimedia management system and content delivery network operations.
• Handle all pre-production, operational, post-production and additional recording for company content including all live webcasts.
• Heavy audio and video editing and post-production for custom presentation of audio for company from transcripts and directions.
• Oversee remote live events process and operations that includes setup, operation, recording and strike.

• Preparation of audio content for internet download and streaming.
• Capture and digitize analog and digital audio recordings using various D/A converters and computer audio recording software.
• Sweeten client (Audible.com, TWA, Yahoo, EMI-Europe, ) material and restore aural content based on client's specifications.
• Encode client (Sony, EMI, BMG, AOL Spinner, Muze, RealNetworks, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple) material based on strict client specifications or recommended in-house specifications.
• Prepare delivery files and metadata of audio content for client.
• Data enter client material in Access and provide quarter end reports for project manager using Excel or Access.

• Crosslink items from the Amazon catalog that relate to goods being sold through the Auctions, zShops and Sothebys websites.
• Compile data and write weekly traffic report for Sothebys auction site.
• Verify bidders’ authenticity on high-profile auctions.
• Research the Amazon website for items that relate to current auction items.
