Current• Operate and maintain a power generation portfolio of over 30 Giga Watts within the Bulk Electric System (BES).• Executed all critical Operations processes, including plant Start-Up/Shutdown (Curtailment), outages and Daily Work.Management (troubleshooting and outage restoration), and Energy Market with Traders and Offtakers.• Ensured control room compliance with NERC CIP standards and all relevant regulatory compliance requirements.• Communicated major events such as unit outages, environmental events, security events, andothers to external entities, executive management, and key support groups effectively.• Coordinated with Reliability Coordinators, Balancing Authorities, Transmission Operators, and Field Operators.• Executed procedures, interprets trends and drawings, restore equipment, and perform remotetroubleshooting and diagnostics using SCADA and CEWIS, Wonderware, PI, Modbus, Windows Servers,Datalogger and data troubleshooting. • Responsible for responding to all Wind turbine, PV Solar plants and BESS plant troubleshooting throughout the client's portfolio. Address what caused the turbine to malfunction, and refer to fault handling procedures, and either restores the unit to service by remote reset or escalation to control center operator.
