CurrentManaging all aspects of equity administration using Equity Edge Online platform; presenting equity webinars for new hires on weekly basis and ESPP enrollment and purchase webinars for new and existing employees; processing equity grants, option exercises (ISO/NQs); processing RSU releases (over 5,000 records) for domestic, international and mobile employees; tracking performance restricted stock awards (PRSUs) for executive team; managing all aspects of a 24-month global ESPP program; working cross-functionally with various teams on SEC filings (Proxy/10K/10Q, Sec. 16 - Forms 3, 4); maintaining a flawless records of SOX controls; assisting with financial reporting (RSU/OPTION/ESPP SBC); coordinating with Payroll team on compensation reporting and tax withholding; maintaining data integrity of Equity Edge Online (reviewing weekly automated imports – demographic, YTD wages, rehire, etc.); managing external vendors regarding 6039 filings; creating and implementing stock administration processes; managing common stock outstanding and plan reserve balances; addressing all employee inquiries
