Edgar was a financial services consultant for over 5 years, collaborated with more than 7 of the top financial institutions in the Mexican market.Over his time at EY, Edgar executed and managed diverse projects mainly related to strategies design & operationalization (digital transformation, digital on-boarding), operative and financial performance improvement and CX/UX improvement. In addition, Edgar was the innovation lead, in charge of the creative process for the conception, design and development of innovative offerings for the financial industry mainly leveraged with technology and digital trends (digital, cloud, AI, robo advice).

Edgar functions encompassed financial analysis, sales reporting and pipeline monitoring for GBS (Global Business Services, IBM consulting unit). - Financial performance metrics (KPIs, actuals, contract signings) - Sales reporting and pipeline monitoring - Quarterly sales forecasts estimation and monitoring

Edgar was a consultant at 180DC, a strategic consulting organization dedicated to provide free consulting services to non-profit organizations. Edgar collaborated as a consultant in multiple engagements regarding organization's strategies design and implementation; mainly focused on funding, marketing, capital management.

Edgar participated in GE's Lean Challenge that took place in Mexico city, Lean Challenge is a program dedicated to develop engineer's skills by learning and applying Lean manufacturing principles to specific organization's functions and processes.During the program, Edgar collaborated with GE's Talent team in a regional (Latam) process standardization for performance improvement compliance concerns.
