• Lead efforts in the analysis of market trends and insights internally and externally through written reports and client pitches for the Chicago suburbs corporate office market • Execute the statistical and analytical analysis of multiple suburban submarkets while producing local research reports• Collaborate on a high level and build a relationship with our tenant representation brokers and business development team to assist in client presentations and provide statistical analysis • Partner with our suburban capital markets lead for projects regarding office sale activity • Develop and share best data and research practice standards across the Americas Research Group • Track, analyze, and help enhance JLL’s proprietary database of commercial real estate properties, lease and sale comps for corporate offices while practicing data integrity• Use GIS tools such as ArcGis, EMSI, MapIt for demographic data and for occasionally building maps

• Partner with GBN C-Suite leaders to properly account for, report on and analyze their financial results, which includes various infrastructure functions, such as Senior Management, Finance (Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit/Sox), Marketing & Research, HR, Legal, Risk Management, etc.• Compose & participate in the annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting activities presented to the CEO & CFO, while evaluating requests for additional costs/investments and assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings• Heavily involved in the quarterly operations review including assisting in the presentation provided to the CFO by composing the sections for my infrastructure functions• Coordinate with outside consultants to lead the implementation of a new EBPCS Oracle budget/forecasting tool for my team and present the tool to my colleagues• Use Excel (financial modeling), PeopleSoft (two versions), Oracle EBPCS, OneStream, and Hyperion planning (three different systems for three regions) daily

• Lead analyst in month end closing process of evaluating and consolidating support function costs (roughly ~$120M) using cost analysis and working diligently with business partners • Used financial modeling skills to compose the entire division’s biweekly orders and sales report analyzing data from project accounting, backlog, Oracle, and individual controller feedback to understand the risk to forecast and prior year • Analyzed and created a PowerPoint Presentation to illustrate the evolution and current state of orders, sales, gross margin, and SFC for the quarterly business review• Lead the quarterly forecast process of SFC for the entire North & Central America division• Duties in preparing journal entries, general ledger review, and balance sheet reconciliation • Applied skills in Excel, Essbase, Oracle Business Intelligence, GL Wand, R-12, and SQL daily
