Led a globally dispersed technical marketing engineering group tasked with supporting network management solutions, including Cisco’s Active Network Abstraction (ANA) and Cisco Transport Manager (Optical EMS). Identified product requirements to align with global Telcos' needs. Developed and reviewed internal and external product documentation. Conducted product training for field engineers and strategic global accounts. Managed customer beta and lab trials, as well as conducted product demonstrations.

Worked closely with Business Units and Channel partners to devise and execute marketing initiatives tailored to the region. Presented as a speaker at seminars and conferences, discussing practical applications of networking technology, such as VoIP, Wireless LANs, and Content Networking.
