I am a retired business executive with extensive experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. Over my 40 year career, I worked for four small to mid-size entrepreneurial companies that were acquired by major corporation. I have held leadership positions in Operational Risk Management, Risk Management, Account Management, Business Development and Marketing. I have direct experience with business process controls, regulatory compliance, fraud management, risk assessment & reporting, market research techniques, new program development, and preparation and execution of short and long term strategic plans and budgets. Since my retirement in 2019, I have been actively involved with a retired men’s social club and working as a volunteer business manager for a company developing a community outreach program focused on educating individuals on how to achieve good mental health by focusing on the role the brain plays in our Social, Physical, Emotional and Cognitive (SPEC) health.
