Here are some highlights:- Led an ambitious communication campaign to launch four new levels of systems in the highly competitive automotive sound market.- Drove content creation that elevated Bose from non-consideration to a growing competitor in professional sound.- Created TV and DM content to build awareness for the first-ever Bose television, resulting in significantly higher store traffic.- Led the development of an innovative retail experience that boosted storetraffic by 200%, increased sales by 330%, and improved storefront dwell by 225%.- Conceived and developed the Game-Changing Sound campaign to support the Bose-NFL partnership resulting in a considerable increase in home theater sales.- Assumed creative responsibility for How To videos, improving quality, consistency and streamlining production and translation. This resulted in fewer customer support requests, relieving a burdened call center.- Teamed with fellow Director to mentor and develop staff and elevate the quality of creative work.- Co-led and presented integrated campaign, including digital content, for the launchof the first Bose Bluetooth speaker that established Bose as the category leader.
