USAID Feed the Future -Agriculture Extension and Advisory Service Activity- Over 7 years of experience implementing a donor funded agricultural development projects in Nigeria. These projects aim to support the integration of e-agriculture - (Digital transformation in Agriculture) and value chain development in Nigeria.-Conducted ICTs in the Nigerian Agricultural Sector – An assessment of the most effective/efficient ICT channels for the dissemination of last mile extension advisory services to farmers.-USAID Partnership Innovation Fund – Supported the disbursement $1M as catalytic fund to scale innovations, stimulate the expansion and growth of 50 MSME partners. -I scoped, designed, and operationalized specific entry-point use cases for digital tools - Chatbot within the agriculture ecosystem in Nigeria. Work with farmers and farmer organizations to identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes through digitization. -Promote the pilot and scale of e-extension platforms that bridge the gaps between farmers to public extension agent ratio. Examples of E-extension platform deployed to increase farmer’s yield. This apps were bundled together as a complementary apps for simultaneous promotion.-Sensitized and exposed over 450 producers’ organizations to various digital financial platform that enhances financial inclusion and internal business process and increase productivity. -Developed a Digital Mobile Wallet with Agromall Extension for efficient input distribution to farmers as at when needed.-Deployed the package of digital apps as a bundle service to drive the adoption of the use of improved seeds by farmers in seven states in Nigeria.-Contributed to and provide inputs of annual work plan, required project reports, baseline data, tools and indicators for monitoring and evaluation, collection / sharing of lessons learned;

#eskills4girlsLed the process of mainstreaming 1,200 artisanal women and girls in the rural communities to Ghana digital economy. Exposed the women to the benefit of mobile money (MOMO) - Train the rural women on setting up mobile money account to facilitate financial inclusion and easy payment. • Developed a participatory digital content using role play, competitions, and case studies to make learning fun for the rural women in Ghana - Prepare and conduct a 2-day content development workshop to build a blueprint for phase-2 training material. • Supervise the TPs in the completion of training material adaptation after the two workshops Carry out 2-day training of trainers to practice the use of the new training material with interactive role-plays, competitions, and case studies - Led the Trainers of trainer (ToT) session for 12 hubs that will cascade the training to the rural women. • Coordinate the implementation of a baseline assessment with the TPs to understand the pre-training digital skill level of each woman. • Leveraged the #eskiills4girls digital training to mainstream women into digital financial inclusion in Ghana
