Project Country Warehouse Manager coordinating and executing supply chain and materials management programs for large scope organizations. Setup, launch, and manage new operations that exceed organizational goals, maintain and improve active operational procedure and close out operations of the highest quality. I was responsible for central receiving / shipping and storage supporting project in Kuwait and Iraq. Supervised over 150 associates, evaluating work performance, managed budgets of materials department, directed operations and support services for warehouse and lay-down yard, maintained accountability for more than 25,000 line items valued at $ 18 million in a 5,000 square-meter warehouse and 26,000 square meter lay-down yard. I directed the recruitment, and training of materials personnel. I was responsible for producing the mapped plan for LOGCAP III Contract Closure in Kuwait for Materials Department presented to Corporate and Military visitors and auditors.

Kuwait

Managed and coordinated operation for office supply and cleaning supply warehouse. I maintained the inventory of over 9,000 lines, to support 8 sites in Kuwait and 20 sites in Iraq. Collected operational data from all materials sections, prepared, maintained and sent 120 reports weekly. Supervised ten employees; established and maintained document control filing system. Ensured all storage warehousing procedures were in compliance with the PCP (Property Control Procedures), SOW (Scope of Work) and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations). I implemented inventory location system, audited inventories and location surveys.

Hungary

Supervised the dispatching of 110 commercial vehicles and over 500 tactical vehicles for the US\Military and Brown and Root, Inc., as well as maintained the schedule for periodic services, emission tests, yearly registrations and insurance renewals. I prepared reports for weekly and monthly mileage, fuel usage and deadline assets, ordered vehicle base passes.
