• Partner with management and employees to provide advice and counseling on performance management issues, conflict management, interpretation of employment policies.• Assess employee separations and conduct exit interviews.• Answer employee requests and questions.• Review and prepare unemployment claim responses and attend unemployment hearings when necessary.• Create and update HR forms and templates.• Work closely with all business clients, payroll and process employee data accurately and timely.• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and management.

• Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the TA team and act as liaison between the TA team and hiring managers, from receiving the job requisition, attracting candidates, sourcing, screening, validation to acceptance of offer and to offer management.• Hire Full time and part time employees in US and Canada.• Prepare offer letters and new hire packets.• Attract applicants by posting jobs on various available platforms, references and promoting employer brand.• Conduct applicant pre-screening and interviews while developing interview criterion.• Complete background checks (criminal, MVR, e-verify, etc.)• Process candidates through to on-boarding stage.
