I am someone with a solution based mentality that always strives make things happen. With a strong customer service background, I am able to see the big picture, analyze and pinpoint obstacles and build the necessary steps to overcome them; whether that be by creating new marketing materials, processes and procedures, or training employees to improve how things are done and influence change.Prior to Comcast, I worked for Best Buy for 7 years. As an Xfinity Home Consultant, I helped increase connectivity and work-order completion in the region by 25%. As a Sales Operations Specialist, my focus was improving the customer experience. By continuing to create and standardize processes, I was able to capture, analyze and correct order entry errors that would arise and clear them before they could impact the customer and ensure they had a seamless transition from point-of-sale to customers enjoying our services in their home. Taking this into account, I’ve expanded and learned to leverage my network to capture necessary data from past trials and created templates for the team to minimize customer impact when launching any changes within the division.Now as a Senior Marketing Specialist, I’m learning to leverage my experience with customers and retail to guide the way we market our products and services. Using that perspective, I’m able to inform strategy behind the types of sponsorships and events we support within our Chicago market. I’ve always believed that the better developed and engaged our employees are, the more they will enjoy their roles and serve our customers. With this in mind, I’ve continued to focus on mine and my peer’s development by creating and restructuring onboarding procedures and new team member training cadence as well as helping lead our Employee Engagement activities. To continue this development, I also lead our employee resource group Unidos with a team of 15 individuals from all aspects of our business.
