Director Of Human Resources | Employee Care
Current- Manage Human Resources and Payroll operations for the organization.
- Process payroll for over 90 employees on a semi-monthly basis.
- Oversee the administration of Health & Welfare benefits, and 401A accounts.
- Conduct Open Enrollment and required training annually and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Work with our PEO and Benefit providers to ensure employee’s information is accurate and well maintained properly.
- Manage federal contracts and Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance, ensuring adherence to all related regulations and requirements from an HR standpoint.
