My main responsibility is to provide support and coordination to dispatch and schedule Service Technicians. My duties also include handling incoming customer service requests resulting in a service work order to begin the scheduling and dispatching until completion of the process. I Schedules and dispatches resources to meet customer expectations based upon the nature of the service call. Proactively follow-up with customers after completion of services to ensure a high level of satisfaction with quality of work received. Monitor progress on jobs via feedback from Technicians on a regular basis and take action.

My responsibilities include but not limited to issuance of stock purchases, handles stock movement, interco stock transfers, stock reconciliation, monitors inspect, repair and stock levels, reviews stock invoices, ensures availability and correctness of stock certifications, provides stock updates to sales and management and all works related to stock control and monitoring.My tasks also include post rental activity such as preparation of returned equipment inspection and repair quotation based from the inspection reports, generation of post rental invoices to customers, reviews third party post rental expenses and ensures these are back charged accordingly.I am also assigned to supervise Operations staff ensuring that all activities are done according to company's procedures, assist them to comply with company's standard and provides training in terms of operations processes and systems, use for rental and sales of oilfield equipment.

My responsibilities start from preparation of quotation until generation of invoices. This includes receiving customer inquiries, getting supplier's quotation and preparing comparison to select the best offer, receiving and processing customer's order, placing order to supplier in case of direct sales and checking availability of stock in case of stock sales, issuing purchase orders to suppliers, follow-up material readiness, preparing documents for material delivery to customer and generating sales, rental and post rental invoices to customer for the products and services delivered/provided.My tasks also include post rental activity such as preparation of returned equipment inspection and repair quotation based from the inspection reports, generation of post rental invoices to customers, reviews third party post rental expenses and ensures these are back charged accordingly.I am also assigned to supervise Operations staff ensuring that all activities are done according to company's procedures, assist them to comply with company's standard and provides training in terms of operations processes and systems, used for rental and sales of oilfield equipment.

My responsibility is to assist sales persons on their sales activities. This includes receiving inquiries thru phone, email or fax. Coordinates with the sales persons about special price and terms, coordinates with the purchase department and logistics department for delivery requirement, coordinates with the warehouse for availability of stock and delivery procedures and coordinates with accounts for proper customer billing.

My main responsibility is to ensure that all information and details required by the IT Director is available, maintained and organized. My tasks also is to assist in the process and activities in procuring Information Technology resources, needed by the management of the organization, which includes: reviewing of purchase requests, coordination in the preparation of draft procurement / bidding documents and schedule of activities.
