Projects have included: designing questionnaires to gather employee job information; creating and updating job descriptions; advising on job evaluation plan design; advising on development of human resources policies; developing/delivering customer service training to front-line employees; advising on recruitment and termination practices; developing an annual review process and training managers to implement it; offering career counselling and job search advice to English language students.
