Using agile project methods, to oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that all team members are performing on standard and on schedule.

Own freelance business since January 2015. Currently I focus un running my equally named Dutch travelblog www.travelcreaterepeat.nl. Travel is my passion and I love to create content that inspires others. For the first two years as a freelancer I have also written travel articles, digital magazines, newsletters and created WordPress websites for companies in the tourism industry. I have been working location independent, on the road in South America and the Balkans, but Holland is my base again as of March 2016.

Responsible for the creation, planning, implementation, evaluation and monitoring results of specific programs (chains of projects). Direction of project staff, monitoring workload, motivation and working environment. Involved in strategic longterm aims like customer relation management, new business development, responsive website development and future travel trends.

Touristic product management of several countries (eg India, Thailand, USA, Canada, Mexico, Ecuador). Inventory of (inter)national product perception and needs, translating into concrete commercial strategy. Maintaining professional relationships with foreign tourism partners. Responsible for product and pricing policy in the Netherlands and advising our foreign offices. Managing sales teams in Holland and abroad. Part of the middle management of Rickshaw Travel, thinking along with the organization at a policy level.

Touristic product development of new destinations. Responsible for setting up new country programs: from first agent contact to designing and compiling travel programs and the roll-out of new country websites.

Designing travel programs according to client wishes to different destinations (India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand). Together with customers tailor making a trip with the use of 'building modules', with advice from my own travel experience. Maintaining contact with foreign tourism agents and monitoring of travel trends. Product development, purchasing and internet marketing on a destination level.

In Joho Center Rotterdam responsible for the entire process surrounding the issue of study materials. Besides working as a shop assistant, sales of travel products and travel insurance, also giving travel advice and information about Jobs & Holidays abroad. Responsible for the Finance & Administration, PR & communications, and external contacts of the center.
