With 21 years of experience in criminal justice, I thrive on helping the underdog and teaching them to solve complex problems and empowering them to make decisions.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving hundreds of people in the public. These experiences have shaped me into a dynamic leader, creative problem-solver and strategic thinker. Recently, I completed a degree in Social Work from the California State University Chico. I am committed to continuing my quest to help people become the best version of themselves.In 2021, I accepted a position with a Pool Contractor as an administrator. I am currently head of the warranty department and I also run our social media and marketing accounts. It's been a fun change of pace working in the construction industry. I love helping people and I am committed to having an amazing close ratio. In terms of social media, I have quadrupled our engagement with the community and routinely engage around 60k individuals.
