In a collaborative and consultative manner, my focus was to work with three large Managed Services customers (Hasbro, IGT, Johnson & Johnson) and move them from their current state to a newly transformed desired state leveraging technology, people, and processes that meet and exceed expectations.

My role at Madison Advisors was to work with customers to meet the needs of their customer communications management objectives.

CA Technologies responsible for MA, CT, and NH State and Local Government customers. Managed and led strategic implementations that significantly improved services for both State and Local providers and citizens of all three states. Prior to 16 years at CA Technologies, 20 years of I.T. Banking and Financial services including running the Data Center at the former Bank of Boston.

Promoted to Data Center Executive Manager and ran all I.T. which included Network Operations, Help Desk, Production Control, Output Management, and Application Support. I was the first person ever in this role which was very innovative and new for the Bank and was given this opportunity and ran the data center successfully for 3 years. This allowed me to develop highly technical skills in all key facets of I.T. and I was responsible for all staff and services for the entire Bank. I rose to this level as a result of successfully consolidating the former BayBank I.T. Data Center to the Bank of Boston center. Prior to this role I served in many other key I.T. management and support positions during my 20 year tenure at the Bank of Boston.
