Eventual pivot from direct to distribution via APIs.Setup of the new Labs Incubation team to bring new Labs-built products from pilot and on to market as individual agile startups. Lead the standing up of an internal incubation of a mobile commerce platform called Qkr. Qkr enables consumers to purchase products and services from businesses using the Qkr iOS and Android apps. Businesses can quickly self-onboard through the Qkr Store Manager where they can manage their inventory and have access to rich data driven features such as Campaign Management, Offers & Loyalty, empowering them to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.Use cases supported by Qkr include:- Order ahead for collection or delivery- Splitting the bill- Bar tab- Unattended retail (vending, IoT, micromarkets).The continued growth and success of Qkr has been achieved by pulling together a brilliant team, choosing the right technologies and applying the Lean Startup methodology.The videos below demonstrate the Qkr use cases.

Promethean is a world leader in the interactive learning technology market, building both innovative software and hardware products.In the summer of 2010 Promethean acquired Synaptic Mash, a Seattle-based start-up, and I was tasked with leading the integration of their web-based social learning platform into the Promethean product set.

Responsible for product management of Promethean's award winning Education content creation software - ActivInspire and its associated SDK capability.

NewBay creates Web 2.0 products for Mobile Operators, enabling their subscribers to create, store and share user generated content. Products I managed were Business Intelligence Framework, Content Ingestion, Customer Care, Search, Online Advertising and Single Sign On.
