He has more than 20 years of experience and has designed and facilitated programs and large group events around the world. He has delivered programs on emotional intelligence, cultural transformation, strategic planning, project management and effective communications. Ed is a trained Duarte facilitator, a certified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) consultant and Certified Facilitation Practitioner (CFP).  He is trained in various facilitation methods and tools including Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology and World Cafe.
