Current-Serves as a knowledgeable resource for Users who contact Sales & Support with platform-related and pricing questions-Executes end-to-end Customer and User configuration-Trouble-shoots and effectively communicates/escalate non-resolvable issues to Tier 2 Support-Manages priorities, completing daily User-driven inquiries (calls and emails) as well as longer-term related projects-Assists in the creation and organization of Support Center content-Assists in the creation of accounts and licensing for Users-Assists in User Acceptance Testing-Assists in Product Testing-Provides training and onboarding to new Users-Develops and maintains long term relationships with Users-Converts PDF or Word documents to HTML format for web-based distribution
