Responsibilities• Manage and respond to end-user inquiries and support requests via phone,email, text, social media, and chat• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with end-users• Troubleshoot and escalate issues to appropriate teams• Accurately and thoroughly document all end-user interactions• Be a knowledgeable resource for end-users and interested parties regardingpricing and platform-related questions• Execute end-to-end customer and end-user configuration• Collaborate with other departments on projects to support companystrategies• Assist in creating and managing accounts for end-users• Participate in user acceptance and product testing• Assist in training and onboarding end-users• Meet performance and quality metrics• Participate in conferences, live training, webinars, and video presentations onour products.
