CurrentI work in the Acquisition Management Division and started out reviewing the work of property managers who administer buildings services and maintenance contracts. I was instrumental in creating a handbook on administering building services contracts that is used throughout the region. I created and provided training on the handbook and the performance of the administration duties and visited 15 different locations in the region to provide that training. Subsequently, 2 years later I visited 11 locations in the region to provide updated training on the same subject. Since that time the handbook and training has been used as a bases for similar training in another region. I currently lead two national teams on the preparation of national contract administration handbooks for services and construction contracts.
