1. Execute and complete the company distribute channel sales plans including sales target, customer payment collection, etc.2. Develop the distribute marketing, set up and manage sales network. Handle the government bids.3. Set up well relations with distribute customers. Provide professional technique support and training service.4.Sales team management, and lead to achieve the sale target.5. Collect distribution marketing information. Provide feasible suggestion to company for making sales and marketing policies.6. Other duties assigned by North China Sales Manager.

-1.Be responsible for daily business management and distrbutor management to achieve strong position and market share target in WA market. 2.Be responsible for local office, deal with all WA business and develop new distributor in province.3.Work together with distributor to develop and follow up WA business to achieve defined OR/TO target.
