MY BACKGROUND I have managed over 50 commercial properties which include apartments, condos, hotels, schools and other vertical markets within the fitness equipment industry as a Territory Manager, along with generating revenue for the company. I worked directly with the development companies in the planning of the fitness spaces, using drawings and conceptual ideas, sometimes up to two years prior to the project breaking ground. Managing the process from initial concept and design, order and delivery, through to the installation and routine maintenance of the spaces. I was present at every installation, assisting and coordinating with my team to ensure the final design and scope were executed flawlessly. I have experience in a vast variety of software including: ACT!, Zoho, QuoteWerks, Houzz, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite & Zoom and more. Through both hands-on experience and continuing education efforts as a remodeling business owner, I have acquired a vast knowledge of construction and remodeling within both the residential and commercial industries. I am proficient with a variety of tools and trades while providing quality leadership, guidance, management and customer service. I have managed projects of various sizes, starting with the initial client consultation and sale, through to the installation and project close out. I recently passed the Business and Finance State Contracting Exam with a 93% score and am currently working toward completing the final two exams required to obtain the Florida General Contractors license. Additionally, I developed a role as a leader and manager with a vast number of subcontractors as well as my own apprentices.
