Recruitment:- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend requirements and expectations, skillfully identifying the most suitable talent for the organization.- Take charge of the entire recruitment and selection process, encompassing sourcing, resume screening, talent assessment, conducting interviews, developing salary packages, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, preparing documentation, and extending job offers.Employer Branding:- Coordinate a variety of career engagement activities such as campus talks, career fairs, virtual engagements, and initiatives for student outreach.Administrative Support:- Maintain and update employee personal details in the HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors) for both new joiners and staff transfers or secondments.- Generate relevant TAEB reports (e.g., vacancy and attrition reports)

- Responsible for recruitment, screening resume and schedule interview time with hiring manager- Provide functional guidance, advice, information and support to the Management regarding HR related policies, procedures, and practices.- Assist in IR & ER matters such as misconduct or any enquiries by employee- Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll- Support & ensure Oppo Service Center branches operates normally in Malaysia- Carry out all duties of HR and admin matters as assigned by the Management from time-to-time

- Assist in maintaining the day-to-day operational activities in the Human Resources Department- Manage databases and input information, data, and records.- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.- Assist in monthly payroll- Assist in renewing foreign worker permit, liaising with JTKSM, FOMEMA
