As an Outreach and Recruitment Specialist for the collaborative organization program NXT Level Youth Opportunity Center, I am committed to helping Opportunity Youth—young adults and teens disconnected from education or employment—find the support and resources they need to succeed. My work focuses on bridging gaps, building relationships, and developing programs/ events that illuminate pathways to brighter futures.With experience in community engagement, program development, and recruitment, I collaborate with schools, organizations, and community leaders to ensure underserved youth gain access to essential opportunities. I’m passionate about empowering youth through education, employment readiness, and mentorship programs that help them overcome barriers.
