Supported design development of communal space renovation for an apartment complex in Binghamton, NY. Sourced and proposed specifications, incorporated specification updates, worked with vendors on quotes, and developed client presentation.

Supported creation of a new class of hospitality for discerning executive travelers. Led local narrative driven design of hospitality spaces of 20-130+ key projects in 13 domestic markets from conception through construction documentation. Developed holistic story-telling on every project by aligning with graphic designers, brand writers, social media managers, real estate associates, and third party artists and manufacturers. Created purpose driven furniture layouts in over 8 multi-residential properties with multiple room types. Worked with in-house implementation teams to both source and procure FF&E, below industry-standard lead times, and oversaw construction administration. Built and iterated on design and operational processes, in collaboration with design directors and cross-functional teams, working with agents, managers, and leadership to increase quality while shortening timelines.
