The British Charterhouse Fund acquired Alival through its subsidiary “Nuova Castelli” and I personally worked with its CEO Luigi Fici in a deal to create the Italian cheese giant.

The core business is the automotive trading between Russia and UAE. I worked on marketing and promotion of the company in UAE and throughout the Gulf countries.• Achievements: reached the 35% of net profit per car sale with Range Rover and Evoque car models, mainly with B2C sales. The startup has immediately covered the costs and has created profit without any delay and a smooth logistic process, the main financial aspect is the low import duty (5%) in UAE. I have created and maintained business partnerships with companies such as Opal Shipping Dubai as well as the final customers.
