● Monitored monthly the Budget/Forecast cycles of the main commercial and logistic KPIs for the Region, guaranteeing detailed analyses with multiple variables to support the best Sell-In/Sell-Out strategies● Prepared the main reports for the Top Management (COO-CEO) and constant supported the various stakeholders across the company (Sales/Brand/SCM/Finance/Markets), ensuring monthly ad-hoc estimates/analyses

● Supported the Jeep Renegade configuration for three different Regions (EMEA, NAFTA, APAC), interacting with the Jeep Brand and engineering platform, ensuring commercial and economic goals were achieved● Identified and implemented, through benchmark analyses, dozens of improvements in the product grid useful to ensure the timing of product development; the MY18 and MY19 were presented without delay during 2017/2018

● Maintained and developed a network of 100+ suppliers (Wineries, Importers), managing the entire Supply Chain process, from the first commercial contact, to the orders, to the related logistics, and the warehouse management● Collaborated actively in the creation of the bids within the Club, through market analyses, Pricing and promotion activities. During my experience, the Wine Club exceeded 100k members and 150k bottles sold per year

I took part in this L'Oréal worlwide project:● Collaborated with 2 other colleagues to analyse strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the Brand Kiehl's, with the aim to improve his awareness in Italy● Ideated and scoped a new product and a launch event and presented to the Company’s management, in competition with other Teams from over 50 countries around the world

● Identified new trends through customers satisfaction survey, designed alongside Marketing experts in order to improve the company’s performance● Managed big volumes of data collected from multiple sources, successfully gathered and shared with a Team of more than 20 people
