Main tasks of the role:- Team Leadership and Developmentlead a team of marketing professionals who may specialize in areas such as campaign management, data analysis, strategy development, content creation and project management. As a team lead I provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Cross-Functional Collaborationcollaborate closely with other departments such as CRM Core Technology, Data Science, Data Integration, Analytics, Developers, IT and Account to align marketing technology initiatives with broader business objectives.- Resource Allocation and Budget ManagementI'm responsible for allocating resources effectively to support marketing technology initiatives. This involves managing budgets, prioritizing projects, and making strategic decisions about investments in new tools or technologies. - Stakeholder Managementinterface with various stakeholders within and outside the organization, including senior leadership, marketing executives, and cross-functional teams. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on martech initiatives, gather feedback, and address concerns. - Project Managementoversee the execution of martech projects from initiation to completion. I'm responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.- Change Managementlead change management efforts by communicating the rationale for change, addressing concerns, and facilitating training and adoption initiatives. - Performance Monitoring and Accountabilitytrack the performance of marketing technology initiatives and hold team members accountable for results.
