Altura is an enterprise specialized in smoking freshwater fish. Situated in Verrès, it is the first company in Valle d'Aosta in this industry. I have been following the project since its beginning in summer 2017. As a president, I take care of the administrative tasks, accounting, controlling and marketing.

Accuracy offers corporate financial advisory in the areas of transactions, disputes, corporate recovery services and strategic decisions.I personally developed specific skills in the following fields:- valuation: DCF analysis, multiple analysis- valuation of management package with the use of Montecarlo and Black&Scholes methods- due diligence: real estate, insurance and manufacturing industries- carve out - business modelling: P&L, BS and cash flow for distressed companies- litigation: quantum and delay analysis I therefore offer a generalist consultant's profile, able to deal with any issue related to corporate finance.

Data collecting and cleaning about US Venture Capitalists for the extension of the paper: "Venture Capital, Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth. Sampsa, Sorenson, 2009".Utilization of databases such as EBSCO and Lexis Nexis and data analysis using Stata.

Contributed to the development of a Connected Car infrastructure (Internet of Things) in a partnership with Fiat - Chrysler Group:- Analysed market potential and competitor's offer- Structured data platform interactions and data flows.- Structured the Financial Reporting system and Governance Model.- Studied the European legislation, for the implementation of new features
