CurrentUpon graduation from the University of South Florida, Ed became the youngest ever Executive Director within Lifeline International, a worldwide network of Christian-based 24 hour crisis lines located in more than 150 cities on four continents. During his five years of leadership in Tampa, Ed doubled the size of the organization and added five auxiliary ministries. Thousands of people’s lives were changed and hundreds came to Christ through the organization’s influence and the power of the Holy Spirit. In 1987, Ed joined Dale Carnegie Training as a Training Consultant and Instructor. For 14 years, Ed worked with CEO’s, business owners and managers from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies to help increase their bottom line profits and measurably improve the performance of their people. In 1992, Ed was promoted to Sales Manager and Director of Instruction. Ed started and operated his own business development company in 2002, working primarily with 2 Fortune 500 companies developing their management teams, and sales and customer service divisions. He also helped a start-up company successfully launch its products into major Florida and Atlanta wholesale markets, effectively positioning them while expanding sales and market share.Ed joined The C12 Group for 7 years, a Christian Business CEO Roundtable, in 2005 as co-facilitator of the original C12 roundtable in America. He helped grow it into the largest territory in the nation with 90+ members. In 2012 Ed became the Chapter President of Truth@Work in Tampa Bay, a national Christian Roundtable for CEOs and Christian business leaders. In the 4 years since it has gone nationwide, from it’s origins in Indianapolis, it is the fasted growing Christian roundtable with over 800 members in over 35 areas.
