In my role as Coach to Christian Business Owners through Truth at Work, I have the privilege of providing small business owners in the Phoenix area with processes, systems and approaches to integrate and improve their businesses based on a Christian perspective and its principles. Truth@Work is a nationwide marketplace ministry whose purpose is to impact the marketplace for Jesus Christ. We do this by developing small groups of business leaders committed to integrating their faith with their business. Our roundtables meet monthly to provide:1) Safe places where business owners find relief from loneliness, isolation and a sense of being overwhelmed and "never been here before"2) Solutions for business, personal, and spiritual challenges utilizing a biblical worldview3) Practical bible-based business content4) Meaningful accountability to the Current Best Thinking God provides5) A place to Listen to God with others.
