Responsibilities entail managing the Project Grant resources and supervising the implementation and monitoring of all BNTF 7 and 8 sub-projects.The Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) is a principal Programme for direct poverty reduction of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) targeted at poor and vulnerable communities, to improve basic infrastructure services and increase the potential for economic activity through skills training, capacity building and institutional development support.

Provide Technical Civil Engineering support to CDB's Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) country projects.The Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) is a principal Programme for direct poverty reduction of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) targeted at poor and vulnerable communities, to improve basic infrastructure services and increase the potential for economic activity through skills training, capacity building and institutional development support.

The objective of the project is an enhanced Technical Vocational Education Training system with the capacity to provide access to relevant and effective education and training. This will be achieved through the construction of new facilities, the provision of equipment and learning materials, teacher training and the development of an appropriate TVET institutional framework.

Provided procurement services for the following projects at the ASDU. Primary activities entail procurement of goods, works and services in accordance with the procurement regulation and guideline of the various International Funding Agency and the Government of Guyana procurement procedures.1. Food Safety For the Indigenous Communities of the Rupununi Savannah, Establishment of Rice and Peas Cultivation, Guyana Under The Caricom/ Spain Technical Cooperation Programme – (US$469,635.52)

Project Coordinator for Input Supply to Vulnerable Populations Under the Initiative on Soaring Food Prices Funded by FAO The objective of the project under the FAO's Initiative on soaring food prices was to assist the vulnerable population in Guyana through the supply of farm inputs (farmer’s kit, seeds, pesticide and equipment). The project was implemented in Regions 1 to 10. Beneficiaries were identified from households in rural communities of the Ten (10) Administrative Regions.

Primary activities entail Design, Reviewed Consultants Design and Prepared Contract Documents, inclusive of Engineer’s Estimate and Bills of Quantities for a number of Roads, Drainage structures and canals, water supply and structures such as schools, multipurpose buildings, Health Centers, Multipurpose Community Center etc. throughout the ten (10) administrative regions of Guyana.
