I was responsible for reviewing and monitoring cash advances and liquidation for officers and employees, validating payments from branches and other requesting parties, verifying payments, preparing accounts payable vouchers with accurate accounting entries for various payables and expenses, providing financial information to my manager through data research and analysis, coordinating with multiple departments and branches to enhance internal control and transaction processes, securing sensitive financial data through database backups, and ensuring adherence to Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue laws and guidelines for corporate taxes.

I am responsible for the over-all inventory report of property available for sale including generating and reconcile inventory reports from the information provided by Sales, Credit, Account, and Engineering departments which are the basis for month-end reports and Management Committee (ManCom) discussion and decision making.Corporate tax adherence to the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue laws and guidelines to (VAT, Expanded withholding tax & Compensation) and Alphalist via EFPS.Also, responsible to Journal and reconcile Sales accounting entries and perform necessary adjustments upon full payment. Validation of the accuracy of reports in rental property records, cash collection, receipt record, and joint venture partner’s payment. Initiate and implement a Petty Cash improvement process in the entire organization supported by the work instruction document. Lastly, Monitor and track inventory titles.

In this role, I am responsible for acquiring reparation for debts owed by a company or individuals, receiving and posting payments to accounts, and monitoring overdue accounts and collecting debts. Also, acting sometimes as Cashier.

Responsible for the company’s cash flow through extraction and reconciliation of debit and credit receipt transactions, and keeping track of the company’s stocked goods, and monitoring their dimensions and prices.
