Mr. Prost is a Principal of Terracon and the manager of the geotechnical department at Terracon's Omaha, Neb., office where he supervises the geotechnical engineering and drilling operations. He also plans and directs or provides guidance and review of field investigations, laboratory testing and materials testing services and performs engineering analyses for geotechnical studies/reports. Mr. Prost has been the lead geotechnical engineer or has provided the primary engineering analysis for numerous projects, including major oil refineries, petrochemical plants, corn and soybean processing/storage facilities, office towers with up 45 stories and up to 50-foot-deep basement excavations, major bridge and highway projects, floodway improvements, dams and levees, soil retaining structures, large commercial and retail developments as well as residential subdivisions.
