Reports to the Professional Services Vice President Team: over 12 people• Responsible for setting up Application Modernization portfolio of services based on code-refactoring and AWS cloud native technologies;• International negotiations to localize partnership with strategic companies;• Reviewer and approver of technical & commercial proposals, responsible for validating scope, work effort, business value, schedule and staff;• Responsible for developing cloud adoption business cases, involving cloud consumption and digital transformation services;• Acted as digital transformation advisor for several clients of power & utilities, health and public sector.

Reports to the Vice-President Team: over 200 people• Started Cloud Practice in Capgemini Brazil, responsible for training and certifying +100 professionals;• Direction and management of the Cloud Modernization & Managed Services delivery team;• Responsible for setting up new portfolio of services based on multi-cloud technologies (AWS, Azure e Google Cloud);• International negotiations to localize partnership with strategic Cloud Providers; • Modernization of a Shared Service operational model to increase profitability (+10 percent) and client satisfaction;• Reviewer and approver of proposals for work in technology, responsible for validating scope, work effort, business value, schedule and delivery strategy;• Directing level 2 and 3, trilingual, 24x7 service teams. Deployment of ITIL processes;• International negotiations on implementing automated-tool development for optimizing Cloud Azure and AWS management;• Attending over 30 clients from diverse segments: finance, products, natural resources and technology;• Creation of a Shared Service operational model, so as to attend demand from the various support services;• Improvement and maintenance of cloud-service offerings: scope, pricing, operations;• Reviewer and approver of proposals for work in technology, responsible for validating scope, work effort, business value, schedule and people;• Directing level 2 and 3, trilingual, 24x7 service teams.
