LATAM Data Intelligence supports the region providing Data Cubes (ready to analyze data sources), Dashboards and Insights to the business teams.My role was to partner with Sales Leaderships and related areas, and develop solutions such as:- Development and maintenance of Jira Service Desk (manage requests) and Jira Software (Agile Projects);- Analytics plans and mandates;- Development of Sales Data Cube, centralizing information for General Sales Reporting and Sales Variable Compensation Plan;- Creation of Dashboards to track Sales and Retention KPI's;- Automation of Data Pulls for MBRs;- Design workflows to improve recurring processes related to data.

LATAM Growth Operations is a cross-functional team that supports the processes in the whole sales funnel.My role is to partner with HQ, Regional Sales and Account Management on Business Planning and Strategy:- Support the acceleration of growth and retention efforts in LATAM, through Data-driven Insights, Processes Analysis, Innovations, Experiments, Strategy and Cross-functional Execution;- Support regional Goal Setting, Forecasting and Sales Dashboards;- Track KPIs and Surface Insights;- Lead Special Projects and Initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales organization regionally.

Inspections of Bridges, Viaducts and Galleries:- As-built drawing of plants, elevations and sections using AutoCAD;- Anomalies mapping, description and quantification: concrete and metallic structures;- Worked on reports, where we described the functionality of structures, the aspects where improvements were needed, and attribution of grades;- Developed the Portfolio Document for the Company, compiling information about the main projects that we worked on;- Drawing and Anomaly mapping of the collapsed bridge in Marginal Pinheiros - São Paulo.
