About Eduardo Bueno Ferreira

I have been in the job market since 2010, starting my career in the technical field, focusing on electronics, particularly SMD and digital data recovery from HDDs and USB drives. In 2013, I began working in R&D (Product and Development), where I experienced entrepreneurship by starting a business with five great friends and colleagues. We founded HiveHouse, now called Bvex, as an incubated company within Universidade Positivo, aimed at developing products for home automation.From 2014 to 2015, I had more exposure to management and the corporate world at Votorantim Cimentos, where I worked with performance indicators. In 2015, I decided to leave entrepreneurship and return to the job market, resigning from EngHive.In 2016, I started working on product development for urban solutions at Dataprom, where I built my career. For nearly six years, I participated in the development of eight products, managing seven of them. At Dataprom, I honed my skills in agile project management for hardware, specialized in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design using Altium Designer, and in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) for electronic products, gaining in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and assembly processes of PCBs. I also improved my knowledge in 3D prototyping, SolidWorks modeling, and mechanical manufacturing processes such as machining, cutting, and bending. As a project manager, I was responsible for overseeing the entire product development process: concept, prototyping, product, testing, manufacturing lines, assembly, inventory, and operations.In 2022, I was approached by J.Assy, and I was captivated by the opportunity. It wasn't an easy decision, but I was convinced. It is a global company with a high investment in R&D and a culture and values that align closely with mine. From developing solutions for urban areas, I transitioned to developing solutions for agriculture, a sector that is very inspiring and rewarding.
