-Responsible in supporting sales and administrative staff in establishing contacts to various clients from the highest rank to lowest.-Review and draft/update company policies and procedures pertaining to sales and service personnel related matters, as and when required.-Lead role in preparation of maintenance contracts, sales proposal for major in-house accounts review and evaluate profitability margin of the company, as well as viability of schemes presented to various clients.-Secure various representations of foreign brands/principals in either exclusive or non-exclusive category, for the process control and instrumentation line of the Company.-Source and recommend product and trade brand alternatives for solution offering to clients, viz-a-viz original requirements.-Overall responsible for the profitability of the Service Unit.-Assist and coordinate with the Sales department (Electrical and Process Control) by way of implementing after sales service support to products sold, conduct demo, finalize schedules of service staff,coordinate schedules with clients and ensure that turnover of repaired goods are within the time frame committed.
