• Responsible for the team's daily activities management and distribution.• Knowledge Transfer Coordinator in company's improvement projects.• Team's eficiency KPIs creation and analysis.• Responsible for the projects risk management.• Lean concepts application in daily activities.• Technical support to the team in operational activities.• Constant interface with coworkers from other Bayer's facilities arround the world.

- Materials and services purchasing, meeting needs of several Embraer's facilities in Brazil, France and United States;- MRP analysis and management, dealing with Export Control and Compliance subjects in a daily basis.- BIDs elaboration for non contractual materials;- Support in new suppliers selection, through requests of proposals, technical information, etc. (RFP, RFQ, RFI);- Responsible buyer for high value materials (critical items);- Key User SAP (module MM) in projects for process restructuring and system improvements;- International suppliers management (UK, Italy, France, Germany, US);- Repairs management (national and international vendors);- KPI management and critical reports elaboration;- Kaizen projects elaboration (as leader) and participation (as member) for continuous improvement efforts.

- Responsible buyer for MRO, electrics, electronics and many other indirect products;- Purchasing activities made on ERP systems SAP and JDEdwards in the national market, to meet Johnson & Johnson's demands;- Purchasing processes follow up with suppliers;- Responsible for supply agreements update and development;- Focus in negotiation for saving (cost avoidance and cost reduction);- Price, payment terms and deliveries terms negotiation;- New suppliers development and selection.

- Support to the consultant on process mapping in the customer's facility;- Control tools development;- Process and procedures (fluxograms and work instructions) development of the mapped departments, and of the suggested improvements to the company;- Elaboration of Power Point presentations to be delivered to the customer.- Detailed market researches;- PDCA's premisses aplication on the found diagnosis (after mapping).

- Support on logistics new projects implementation;- Materials storage control;- Inventory control activities in the ERP system JDE and repair management in the company's system.- Responsible for materials' receving and departure control though spreadsheet development;- Assistance in materials transportation routines.
