With over two years of experience in sales development and enablement, I am passionate about connecting with potential customers and helping them find the best solutions for their needs. Currently, I work as a Sales Development Representative at JoVE, the leading provider of scientific video journals and educational resources. There, I use my communication and analytical skills to seek new B2B leads through various channels, qualify them through the funnel, and apply cold calling and emailing strategies. I also worked as a Sales Enablement Analyst at Grupo Alura, where I supported the Sales, CS, and pre-sales teams with data analysis, social selling, and CRM management. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I have obtained multiple certifications in web development and .NET applications. My goal is to grow as a sales professional and contribute to the success of JoVE and its mission to advance science and education.
