Hello there. My name's Eduardo. 👋🏽During the pandemic, I left my job at a corporate innovation lab because I felt it was the right time to explore how to build new possible futures – futures that are creative, inclusive, and regenerative.In 2021 I founded Melmac, a boutique design studio helping leaders and organisations prepare for uncertain futures. Behaviours, markets, and technologies are shifting rapidly, opening up new opportunities all the time. Making the most out of them requires developing new capabilities for exploration and experimentation.Melmac wants to bring innovation closer to organisations throughout Latin america, to help build the new economies that will create shared prosperity for the next hundred years. We do so by integrating the lenses of design, innovatino, technology, and entrepreneurship.In 2022 we launched Mutaciones, an effort to document and share stories about how the future of Latin America is being built, and how its organisations are transforming. I spend a good share of my time traveling through the region, visiting cities and talking to people who are doing fun and interesting things.
