Maintain constant monitoring of routes and checkpoints for each security shift. Provide solutions and recommendations to overcome obstacles and improve overall security operations. Provide strong leadership and supervision to the security team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Lead by example and uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Inspect and Patrol premises to ensure safety. Secure all exits, doors and windows. Monitor surveillance cameras. Respond to emergency situations, residents and alarm systems. Document events and incidents reports. Enforce security regulations.

Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone. Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges. Notifying providers of patient arrivals. Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling. Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records. Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders.

Conduct visual and operational inspections of trailers to ensure they are in optimal condition for the journey. Report and document any visible defects or maintenance issues. Follow the truck carrying the merchandise throughout the journey to ensure its security. Maintain constant communication with the truck driver and the security team. Evaluate and redirect routes in case of obstructions or unforeseen situations, ensuring a safe alternative route. Coordinate with cranes and other assistance vehicles in emergency or diversion situations. Ensure only authorized personnel have access to the trucks and can open the security locks. Supervise the opening of trucks and the breaking of security seals. Ensure the safe delivery of merchandise to the specified airport or warehouse. Collect reception signatures and deliver necessary official documentation for delivery registration. Maintain a detailed record of all events during transportation, including inspections, route deviations, and deliveries. Supervise the entire process from loading to final delivery to ensure all security procedures are followed.
