I'm Eduardo, an entrepreneur, forever student, and parent who really likes company culture and finances.I live in Highland Park, CA.I'm a dad to an 8-year-old daughter.I was born in Brazil. I played volleyball for 11 years.I've treated pro and amateur athletes as a Sports Physical Therapist.I was a National Society of Sports Physical Therapy and Physical Activity member.I delivered the graduation speech for my class, while being awarded the most helpful student and best friend of the class.I was a partner and a strategic, financial, and people operations leader at EAT, a design studio, for 11 years. I led a team of extremely happy people who claimed to have EAT Studio as one of the main causes of their happiness and life goal achievements. As a people operations leader, I led the creation of a culture revolving around the fact that we were all over the world working remotely - 10 years prior to the pandemic.I co-founded Sweet Story, a bake shop with a creative vein. I co-founded Calma, a consultancy on Company Culture that operates in the US and Brazil. Empathy and forgiveness are my two favorite subjects. When it's me time, I cook and read.
