Operation Manager, with international responsibility. My main achievements were:• Opening of a new Logistic Centre and closure of the existing warehouses of the company.• Implementation of Aura Portal for claim management of the whole store network.• ISO 9001 certification for upholstery manufacturing, for our own factory at Portugal and for the factories working as subcontractors.• Service level increase to the stores by improving the replenishment process.• Implementation of IT tools to improve distribution transport visibility and management.

Supply Chain Management Project Manager, highlighting:• Traceability pilot by incorporating RFiD technology: 9 months project with a 9-consultant team. We successfully built and integrated complex logistic flows, obtaining a patent license.Supply Chain Management Senior Consultant:• Collaborative demand planning with SAP APO for ADSL deployment for Telefonica & Alcatel.Other relevant clients: Bayer, Caprabo, Carrefour, Dinosol, Grupo Cat, Grupo Damm, Miquel y Costas, Renault, Unilever.

• Supervision of Eli Lilly and Company’s Factory planning department at Basingstoke (UK) for 4 months in preparation and support of the implementation of SAP R/3 & APO.• Restructuring of the planning area within the reengineering of an Alcatel factory.

• Production planning. Development of procedures, planning KPIs and definition of inventory management policies. MRP2 Class A certification for the factory.• Implementation of new planning processes en Spain enabled by SAP R/3, participating in an international 400 people team, with working periods in USA & UK.

Footwear Subcontracting Responsible.• Delivery lead-time reduction for footwear manufactured in Spain from 8 to 4 weeks.• Development of a quality control and management system for subcontractors.• Responsible of production management improvement and planning support & training.

Project Manager in the area of production organization.• Development of 18 months planning processes (S&OP) for the cycle sector.• Replenishment pilot at the central distribution centres, managed by subcontractors.
